The process of uninstalling ad addon is extremely straight forward.  Start by running the Addon Manager.  Select the addon you wish to uninstall and hit delete, or right click and select Uninstall:

Keep in mind, if you uninstall an addon that other addons depend on you will be prompted, and those addons will be disabled if you continue to uninstall.
